Summer 2024 camp rates and dates are now available on our “Register Now” page.
Please review all rates and dates and have a plan to register when we open on Tuesday, January 2nd at 10am. Our camp spaces have been filling very quickly and we expect this year to be no exception. A $150 deposit is required at time of registration and we offer a number of payment plan options.
For campers who will be 14 or 15 by the end of next year (so currently in grade 8 and 9) we would strongly enourage them to attend our LIT program. This two week program is exclusively for campers of that age and offers leadership training and activities, along with all fun and excitement you are used to at camp.
For campers who will be 16 by the end of 2024 and are currently in grade 10, we have our Counsellor in Training (CIT) program. This is a 5-week program that combines learning and practice as campers become ready to transition to becoming a camp counsellor at Hidden Bay or any other camp in Ontario.

We had a great time and want to thank our families and community partners that made it a great success.
Our 2024 rates and dates should be out by early December and then registration will open in early January 2024. We will share more details as it gets closer.

For overnight and leadership sessions, again we are filling quickly, most sessions are more that 50% full, so if you have been considering camp please be sure to sign up today.

Day camp sessions 2, 3, 4, 7, & 8 are now all FULL and waitlisting. The remaining sessions 1, 5, & 6 have very few spaces remaining and likely will fill over the weekend.
Our overnight sessions are also filling quickly, but right now there is availability in all sessions, but if you have been considering camp, get your registration in today. We ask for a $150 deposit per camper, and the rest is due on May 1st. If you require a payment plan or alternate arrangements please contact us to make arrangements.

Overnight camp does still have availability but it is moving quickly, register today to avoid disappointment.

We are aware that our camp registration software, Campbrain, is currently experiencing an outage.
We are not certain of the timeline to reopening, however they are working hard on getting it back up and running.

Time to get ready for summer!
Rates and dates are posted under the “Register Now” button on the top right corner of the page.
We do have a few small changes for summer 2023
- Our Traditional Overnight Sessions (1 and 2 Weeks) have been capped at age 13. We feel that in order to provide the best camp experience we need to ensure that all campers have an age appropriate leadership experience. We have found that our 14 and 15 year olds have the best experience in our Leader in Training program and we feel that program is the best one for them to attend. If you feel your older camper would do better in a Traditional Session, please contact the camp director to discuss further.
- The number of spaces in our day camp program have returned to their standard levels, which means there are fewer spaces than were offered in 2022. If your preferred session has filled, please join the waitlist as we will do our best to provide camp to everyone who wants it.
Those are the two most significant changes, but we are working through the winter to continue to develop and enhance our programs to provide the best camp experience this summer.

For Overnight Camp, all sessions are enrolling, however spaces are becoming limited.
If you begin a registration the software will notify you of availability, and will ensure you are notified of any available and waitlist sessions.

We are excited to announce that we are getting organized to return to camp for summer 2022!
There is still more work to be done before all the details are launched but we have updated our Rates & Dates page to reflect the session dates and rates for the summer.
Registration will open at 10am on Monday, January 3rd, 2022. We will be sending out all the details we before that time.
